IMPORTANT NOTE to AOL and EARTHLINK USERS:
Your e-mail accounts are notoriously a problem due to the
horrible spam blockers these two services use. We suggest you do one of two
things before you send a request to us.
- Go into the settings of your e-mail and allow both
sales@pitstopmotorsports.com
and
support@pitstopmotorsports.com
to be accepted e-mail senders.
- Go to Yahoo or Google Mail and get a free e-mail
account that uses modern spam-blocker technology.
If you do not receive an e-mail reply it is possible that your
e-mail service has somehow refused our correspondence. It is your
responsibility to make sure your e-mail is functioning properly, and
that you have typed in the correct address.
We respond to EVERY e-mail we receive, but if we in return
get repeated e-mails stating something like, "Why don't you reply to my e-mail",
it is most likely a problem on your end. If you suspect that you did not get, or missed our reply, just use the Live Chat Link at the
upper right of each and every page in the website or get on the phone and call
us. We are more than happy to help anyone that needs it, but sometimes technology does let us all down.
